Our Mission

Dr. Karen is an Orange County native who never left her hometown until she moved to New York City to pursue a master’s degree at Columbia University. In New York City, she became involved in pediatric dentistry through nutrition counseling, clinical trials, and volunteering at events such as Give Kids A Smile (GKAS). Following this, she pursued a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Karen then returned to Southern California to serve her local communities. She is committed to achieving excellence in patient care while being a compassionate and attentive listener. She is determined to help her patients make educated and informed decisions, ensuring they have the opportunity to voice their concerns.

In her free time, Dr. Karen stays updated on the latest dental innovations and research findings. She also enjoys food science, hiking, martial arts, sports, and spending time with her husband and family.

Dr. Lin Teng is a general dentist who currently practices biomimetic dentistry in Brea, CA with his wife Dr. Karen Lin. He received his DDS from Indiana University School of Dentistry where he also met his better half. He sought out biomimetic dentistry for a predictable, logical and minimally invasive treatment option for his patients.

Dr. Lin considers himself a lifelong student and is passionate about learning and improving his own knowledge and clinical skills to implement biomimetic protocols into his daily practice to create lasting dental outcomes.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Lin enjoys spending time with his wife gardening, hiking, and cooking delicious meals.
